While our school’s meals will be provided at no charge for the 2024-25 school year, it is still important that families who would qualify for free/reduced meals to fill out an application every school year.

-This application also qualifies your student for waived instructional fees ($64 a year).

-If your child recently received an approval of direct certification (DC) benefits letter for this school year, you do not need to fill out the form.

-Only one form per family needed, and it only takes a few minutes.

We will begin sending out letters regarding instructional fee balances in mid-August. You can also view your fees balance on Infinite Campus.

To pay instructional fees, you or your student can drop off cash, a check or a money order to the front office.

Please fill out the Free and Reduced Lunch application AND a fee waiver form to get these fees waived. If you do not fill out an application for this school year, we cannot go back and waive the fees in the future.

Fee balances MUST be paid in order for students to walk at graduation.

We have shirts for sale! They are $20 each, sizes S-5XL. They will be available at Orientation, so bring cash or a check to purchase! You can also email Abby Reed to purchase.

Jostens will be at BSHS to take class ring and cap and gown orders. All 12th grade students need to bring $40 (check or cash) to place their cap and gown order. If you order a class ring, you will get the cap and gown for free.

It's almost School Picture time! Seniors and members of the Class of 2025, your picture dates are Thursday, August 29th and Friday, August 30th from 8:00AM - 3:30PM in the BSHS Auditorium. Capes and Tuxes will be provided. You can order your pictures ahead of time through LifeTouch Photography. See front office for flyers.

Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will have their pictures taken during their English classes on Thursday, September 19th and Friday, September 20th from 8:00AM - 3:30PM in the BSHS Auditorium. Strawbridge Photography will be taking the underclassmen pictures again this year.

**Any Bryan Station H.S. Students who are off campus for English, or attend an alternative site but want to be in the BSHS yearbook, please email lynn.schentrup@fayette.kyschools.us to schedule a time for your picture to be taken.**"

If your student is enrolled in a Dual Credit class (ENG 101, HUM 120, PSY 110, CIT, DPT, SPA 101, SPA 210, MAT 150, NAA 100, part time OMC students, etc.) you must visit Ms. Ogden at the dual credit table at Orientation!

If your Senior is planning to leave school during the day to work (Co-Op), you must visit Ms. Belding for the proper paperwork at Orientation!
