Thankful for our Blessing Family

We had a wonderful turnout on Thursday, November 14 for our annual Thanksgiving Feast. The gym and cafeteria were packed with families enjoying a turkey lunch with their loved ones. We are thankful for each and every student and their families and wish you all a wonderful holiday season.

Career Day

Third, Fourth and Fifth-grade students learned all about different professions during Blessing Elementary's Career Day. Students couldn't stop talking about the presentations. A huge thank you to the presenters:

Kindergarten Potato Parade

This year marked the 13th annual Blessing Elementary Kindergarten Potato Parade. Students created amazing floats in honor of the many Thanksgiving Parades, such as the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York and the H-E-B Thanksgiving Day Parade in Houston. We had floats with lights, fall foliage and of course, turkeys!

A Month for Field Trips!

Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade all went on educational field trips this month. Kindergarten went to Blessington Farms, 2nd grade went to The Children's Discovery Museum, 3rd grade went to the Sea Center, 4th grade went to AG day and 5th grade went to Crocodile Encounter. Each grade level learned something different and came back to school excited about their trip and eager to share their knowledge with others.
