As Veterans Day approaches, we want to honor and celebrate the veterans within our school community. If your family has a member who has served in the military, we invite you to share a photo and a brief description of their service. These will be included in a special Veterans Day presentation at school.

Please submit your photos by Tuesday 11/5. We look forward to celebrating the service and sacrifice of our community’s veterans.

Great news — next week's school meal menu is up! Curious to see what's cooking? Just click on the link below and take a look. It’s a fantastic way to chat with your kiddos about their favorite school meals and make sure there’s something on the menu they’ll be excited about.

The OBJH ASB and PTSO are excited to host our first social of the year. This fall event will feature a DJ, a movie room, and an open gym with games.

If you’re interested in chaperoning, please stop by the office or download the volunteer forms from our school website and submit them to the office for processing. We truly appreciate your support! Feel free to reach out to Mrs. Smith (rsmith@sheltonschools.org or 360.426.7991) to let her know you'd like to help.

As a reminder, only OBJH students without referrals between now and November 8th are eligible to attend. School rules will apply during the event. Please arrange for your child’s pickup at 4:45PM or they can ride the activities bus home. Students are welcome to use their phones for pictures, and they will need to show their ASB card for entry.

This school year, PTSO meetings will take place every second Wednesday at 6 PM. The next meeting is coming up on November 13.
