This is an exciting Week #8 - It's Homecoming 2024!!!!!! Aren't you excited?? I know that you are!! Our cheer teams and other students have already HoCo splashed our building - I hope that everyone gets a moment to drive by the building to see their amazing, creative HoCo messages. We hope that you can join us during our HoCo festivities:

• Wednesday, October 2nd:
• Community Parade - 6pm - Hope Village Road (from Firehouse to the Campus)
• Friday, October 4th:
• Campus Carnival & Pep Rally - During School (See Schedule Below)
• Homecoming Court Presentation at Challenger Stadium - Before the Game - 6:15 pm
• Football Game at Challenger Stadium vs. Deer Park HS - 7 pm
• Saturday, October 5th:
• HoCo Dance - All Grades are welcomed - Clear Brook Commons - 8pm - 11 pm (See Info Below)

You Better Believe It!!! We are going to have a fun-filled week while we still focus on learning and growing together. We are committed to our campus theme: We are Sparking Excellence - Empowering Every Wolverine for a Future Beyond Boundaries !! We say it proudly - Excellence is our DNA!!!

Seniors: If you need help applying for college, please sign up for the College Workshop on your RTI scheduler.

Juniors and Seniors: Representatives from various colleges will visit our campus throughout the year. Sign up in RTI scheduler if you would like to learn more about any of the visiting schools.

Here is a list of upcoming visits:

• Texas Tech University on Tuesday, October 22
• Texas A&M-Galveston on Tuesday, October 8
• Stanford University on Thursday, October 10
• Sam Houston State on Friday, October 25.

CCISD College and Career Fair is on Wednesday, October 16 at Clear Falls HS at 6 p.m. Various career and college representatives will be available to provide information and answer questions.

We value the contributions of our campus PTA. Clear Brook's PTA offers our students opportunities for college scholarships, Red Ribbon Week support, school supplies, and much more. They also advocate at the national and state level for public education and student rights. Communities need great schools, and schools need great advocates.

• Parents and guardians should refrain from dropping off students at the front of the school building.
• Adherence to these directions is crucial in preventing traffic disruptions and ensuring the safety of our students, faculty, and drivers.

• • Students must park in the designated student parking area at the front of the school and obtain a $35 parking permit available during lunchtime in the first two weeks of the school year. Online registration can be found at the campus website:

  • To purchase, students need:
    • 1. Proof of insurance with their name and current address.
    • 2. A valid driver’s license.
    • 3. The vehicle's license plate number.
  • Starting September 2nd, parking violations will be penalized with parking tickets and persistent violations may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense and parking privileges revoked.
