Nixon School Read Aloud Was A Hit!
With the guidance of the Nixon Equity Committee and staff, we are purposeful when choosing titles that discuss equity.
Book topics chosen for this read aloud and previous read alouds:

A point of focus when reading about these important topics is to discuss fairness and encourage critical thinking in the safe environment of school.
