Remember that you can also schedule a 1:1 appointment to get feedback on your documents!

Journey to Internships Series - Session 1

Join this 3-week series of small group workshops, 1:1 support, and self-paced work where you will get help applying for internships through every step of the process!
This series meets on Thursdays for three weeks from 12:00PM-1:00PM. We'll wrap up before the career fairs that you'll be ready to attend!

- Where to find internships and search strategies
- How internships help you uncover your career interests
- Preparing materials to apply - resume, cover letter, online profiles
- Talking about yourself in an interview
This series is led by the early talent connections team and will be huge in assisting you in your internship journey.
Step-Up Summer Research Program
The Student Transformative Research Experiences to Progress Undergraduate/Graduate Professionals in cancer research (STEP-UP) is now recruiting for summer 2025! STEP-UP an immersive paid 10-week (June 9 – August 15, 2025) research opportunity through MEZCOPH and the UA Cancer Center (UACC). The contact PI for this program is Dr. Jennifer Bea.
Through this program, participants will work on a mentored research project that aligns with their interests. They will be matched with one of our 50 faculty mentors in Cancer Prevention and Control. A unique aspect of this program is its intensive and interdisciplinary training: in addition to their mentored research, participants will in community outreach & engagement, personal cancer prevention, and develop academic & professional skills essential to a career in research.
STEP-UP is open to undergraduate Juniors, Seniors, and Master’s-level students for the fall 2025 semester who meet the eligibility requirements detailed on our website. This program offers mentored research opportunities to students from all backgrounds, individuals from underrepresented groups, as well as non-traditional or first-generation students, are especially encouraged to apply.
Applications are now open through January 20th, 2025.

Project INTEGRATE- Graduate Opportunity at Northeastern University
Project INTEGRATE is a collaborative project between Northeastern’s School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis programs that is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The aim of the project is to train interdisciplinary scholars from underrepresented, culturally, and linguistically diverse backgrounds to effectively address high-intensity, co-existing academic and behavioral needs of children with disabilities in school settings using a data-based individualization framework.
