Spring Break
As we pause for Spring Break, I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our students, families, and staff for your ongoing support and dedication. Together, we have celebrated successes, and strengthened our school community by working together. I am continually inspired by the resilience and determination displayed by each member of our school family.
As we look ahead to the remainder of the school year, I am filled with optimism and excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Please remember there is NO SCHOOL on March 8th, grading day. The following week is Spring Break. Classes begin again on March 18th.
Love of Reading
Love of Reading Month was an amazing month. We had a many community members come out to our school to read to our students. We were visited by Shawna Rodriguez our Regional District Assistant Superintendent, Veronica Dorian, the Tucson Police Department, Mr. Jewett, Maricela Meza (TUSD Employee Relations), and Governing Board Members Natalie Luna-Rose and Val Romero.
Booster Club
We are happy to announce that we are now offering zip up hoodies in our T-Shirt shop! You can also buy t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and sweatshirts in adult and children sizes.
