The Scholastic Book Fair will be located in the back of the MS/HS Library (in Mrs. Bero's classroom), from March 13 until March 18. Middle school students will have the opportunity to shop during Target Time and the fair will also be open for shopping during parent-teacher conferences! Aubree Ryan and Aaliyah Prissel advanced through the first round of the National Civics Bee Essay Contest placing in the top 20 that went through the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce. The essay topic was to write about a problem that impacts your community and how you would work to solve it. Congrats, ladies!

This month's Target Time focus is Grit & Determination. Mrs. Sabelko will share more information in next week's letter, and you can follow TILL360 on YouTube.
As we begin March it can feel like “March Madness” with basketball as well as weather and schedules that may need to change, get updated, and events can be moved around. We know that this can make things a bit tricky for families and greatly appreciate your flexibility as we move through the spring. If events need to be modified I will plan to use Skyward messenger to share changes with everyone.
This week I would like to celebrate:
The middle school Panthers for having great sportsmanship as they attend the high school games, as well as participation in cheering and cleaning up the bleachers as they leave.
Miranda Kelch who is participating in the state speaking content for her conservation speech.
Aaliyah Prissel and Aubree Ryan for being in the top 20 and advancing to the next level of the National Civics Bee Essay Contest.
The students and staff who are putting in so many hours working on the musical that will take place in April.
We have Student-Family-Staff conferences scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 and Friday, March 14, 2025. The conferences on Thursday evening will all be scheduled between families and staff. If you would like to request to meet with a teacher or team please let them know and we’ll get you on the schedule. The morning time for Friday is from 8:00am-12:00pm and is “open house” style. If we have either the boys or the girls basketball teams continuing to play in the tournament at that time there may be adjustments made and communicated to all of the families.
