Welcome:
Letter from the CEO & Creative Cohort Invitation:
We’re offering a brand new creativity course for adults this summer. Now is your
chance to apply for the first Creative Cohort, running from June through August on
Monday afternoons. Part support group, part accountability group, the Creative Cohort
is designed for those looking to increase their creativity. Whether your creative outlet is
painting, music, gardening, writing, or even business development, this group is your
opportunity to unblock your creativity in the company of others who are doing the same.
We’ll use The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron as a guide and muse. Applications are
required, and spots are limited, so apply today using this form: https://forms.gle/CN2T9hZX8T36bFC98.
As the school year wraps up, make sure that you’re returning your school library books
to the school library and returning your public library books to us. It’s difficult to sort out
any mix-ups during the summertime, and the school libraries need their items back
before summer break.
Our annual Summer Learning Initiative kicks off soon! We have activities and prize
drawings for all ages, so stay tuned for more details about how to get in on the action.
Happy reading!
Amie P.
Library CEO
