Our students have been hard at work making classroom quilts. Each student is making handprint art on a quilt square. Once we have all of our artwork completed, our quilting friends will put everything together and help us create amazing quilts! We will auction off each quilt at our Spring Program in May.
Parent/Teacher conferences for PreK will be February 15 from 3:30pm-9:00pm. Be on the lookout for sign ups in Thursday folders.
During classroom parties and conferences we will be hosting our first Prek book fair! Families can stop in and shop with their student while here for Valentine parties or during conferences.
Classroom Valentine parties will be split between Feb 14th and 15th. Cooper, Fadler, Miller and Nolan's classes will be Feb. 14 at 1:00pm. Bledsoe, Clark, Haynes and Wilson's classes will be Feb. 14 at 2:00pm. Bishop, Fields, Thompson and Villa's classes will be Feb. 15 at 2:00pm. The parties will be held in the cafeteria and parents are allowed to attend.
Yearbook orders have started. You can click on the pic below or scan the QR code to visit the Jostens website. Orders can be made online until April 30th, or send cash/check to school and we can place the order for you. Yearbooks are $25.
Here are a few reminders to help kick off our 2nd semester:
- doors open at 7:30am, please do not drop off early as we are not staffed for kiddos before 7:30am
- car line starts at 7:30am and ends at 8:00am
- please stay in your car during car line, allow us to help your child get out of the car
- please send a coat to school with your child
