A Note From The Office
Dear Families,
As the winter season approaches, we are filled with excitement for the festivities ahead. We believe in creating a nurturing environment that celebrates the rich traditions that make each family unique. This month, our students will delve into different holiday traditions from all corners of the globe through hands-on activities, music, art, and more. Stay tuned for more information via Links 2 Home.
Together, let's make this holiday season a time of warmth, connection, and shared memories.
We also want to give you an update on our school's appearance! We have hired new landscapers who are working on solutions to help grass regrow on the playground. They are also working on revamping our front landscaping. The play carpets are also in process of being replaced. We are excited for these updates and hope you are as well!
Sincerely,
Kaitlyn & Victoria
School Policies
Labeling Items
All items that belong to your child need to be labeled with their first and last name! This includes jackets, shirts, pants, nap mats, etc.
9:30 Drop Off
We encourage all students to be dropped off by 9:30 AM. If you cannot make this time, please send a message in the Links 2 Home App so we can ensure we have accurate numbers for staffing and lunch count.
Sick Policy
Cold season is upon us! CBA's sick policy states students must remain home from school for 24 hours symptom and fever free for the following illness: fever of 100.4 or greater, barking cough, heavy nasal drainage, undiagnosed rash, 3 or more loose stools, and vomiting. Following this policy helps prevent the spread of germs.
Bottle Policy
Medication
If your little one needs medication, please provide us with a doctor's note. Medication will need to come to school in a sealed, unopened container with the prescription label attached. We are not permitted to give eye drops, ear drops, or medicine for fevers.
Nut Free Environment
Our school is a peanut and tree nut-free facility. To help maintain a safe environment for students with allergies, we ask that birthday treats be processed in a peanut and tree nut free facility. Some classrooms may have other allergy restrictions, please check with the office or your child's teacher!
Holiday Shows
All Holiday Shows will begin at 3:15. Siblings and family members are welcome to attend. Some classrooms will be doing cookie decorating or cookies and juice after the show. Please look for sign ups on your child's classroom door or ask their teacher!

π» Parking Lot
Please make sure you enter the parking lot from the south side closest to Wissahickon Ave and exit to the north side towards Sumneytown Pike.
Please make sure that you are parking in the parking spots. You cannot pull in front of the building at any time during the day. This makes it difficult for us to receive mail or deliveries and makes it hard for parents who are already parked to back up or pull out to leave. If there are no spots available, you can pull on the grass or wait until a spot becomes available. Pulling in front of the building poses a safety concern for all we appreciate your understanding!
