Programming Survey
At Paramus High School, we continue to find ways to serve our students and community. Please take a few minutes to complete this Community Feedback Form. This form will also be shared with our entire School District Community. Community feedback will be evaluated to determine challenging and progressive opportunities we may be able to present to the students of Paramus.
Snow Bowl
For the past several years, I've been involved in a fundraiser for the Special Olympics. This year marks the 19th annual Snow Bowl in New Jersey, a flag football tournament held at MetLife Stadium from March 7-9. My team, Wildwood, is excited and ready to bring home the championship! While there’s no obligation, if you’d like to support this great cause, feel free to visit my fundraising page here.
Our Unsung Hero
In 2022 the Bergen County School Boards Association began recognizing Unsung Heroes from each high school in Bergen County. Unsung Heroes are students who have made a significant impact through their outstanding contributions to their schools and communities. Their efforts, often overlooked by traditional student recognition programs, are the driving force behind the thriving nature of our schools and communities, inspiring us all. Consider students who may have overcome complex academic or personal challenges, modeled good citizenship, or a spirit of quiet strength that has inspired others.
Paramus High School's Unsung Hero form the Class of 2025 is . . . Ashvy Shah! Today is her birthday too!
Parent Workshop Series
Our Parent Workshop Series is a resource designed to support Paramus Public School parents and guardians in fostering the mental health and well-being of their children and teens. Curated by our school-based CarePlus clinicians, these recorded workshops—offered since 2019—cover essential topics such as resilience, effective communication, executive functioning, social skills, emotional regulation, and more.

KidNuz
Ms. Studt and Mrs. Recchia's classes received a special shout-out on today’s KidNuz podcast!
Their students have been actively engaging with the podcast, and it was wonderful to hear them recognized on a national platform.
You can listen to the episode at KidNuz.
It’s always great to see our students’ learning experiences extend beyond the classroom, and this recognition highlights their enthusiasm and participation.

For Fun
Let's get ready for the Super Bowl. I think we should get the kids in the video below for the halftime show.
