What's Going On In The World Of RHTA

May Newsletter
Dear RHTA Families,
Over the course of this year we have seen so much growth in our learners! Not only have they grown socially and academically, they have also demonstrated phenomenal growth in PBL collaboration and presentation skills. This makes me incredibly proud.
I am sad to say that there are only 8 more days in the 23-24 school year! Time has gone by so fast! I hope that you are looking forward to fun and relaxation this summer. Despite how close we are to the end of the year, this newsletter is full of important information for you. Thank you for entrusting your child in our hands this year!

Congratulations to Tess for winning the Amazing Shake and earning a $500 donation for the Ronald McDonald House.
We are excited to invite the parents of seventh and eighth graders and other members of the community to a truly unique and engaging event - the "Flip the Script" Amazing Shake competition.
Tuesday, May 14th 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
LCCC Ridge Campus on Lorain Road (by Chipotle)
The Amazing Shake is more than just a competition held for all seventh graders in the district; it is an opportunity for our students to develop essential life skills that will serve them well in their future endeavors. What makes this "Flip the Script" event special is that our judges will be none other than 7th and 8th grade finalists from both last year and this year's Amazing Shake competitions. Curious to know what each station entails? Now is your chance to find out! By attending, you'll witness firsthand the growth and confidence our students have gained throughout this journey.
This will be an open house-style event, allowing you to drop in at your convenience between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Representatives from LCCC will be on hand to answer questions you might have about College Credit Plus classes or other programming they offer out of the Ridge Campus building. Culver's of North Ridgeville is holding a dine to donate event from 5:30-8:30 pm that night and DonutNV will be on the LCCC campus from 5-7:30 pm.
We encourage you to come and support our students who are excited to be on the other side of the table. Your presence and willingness to participate would mean the world to them.
We look forward to seeing you on May 14th!

FOOD SERVICE STUDENT/PARENT SURVEY
Aramark is pleased to present the Student ViewPOINT survey to gather valuable feedback from students and parents. The survey is available in two versions: one for middle and high school students and another for parents of elementary-level students. Parents can take the elementary-level survey with or without their children, and their feedback will aid us in enhancing our food service program. We look forward to hearing from you!
The survey will run for five weeks, from April 8 to May 13, 2024.
Please find the following important information regarding the food service program survey. The survey is an electronic form that can be filled out easily on any device and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Your participation is essential as it will help us to improve the food service program. To access the survey, please click on www.studentVP.com and enter the passcode '2024' when prompted for security purposes. For elementary students, a letter with a QR code is attached.
