Personal hygiene is important for students to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses, and to promote good habits. Here are some hygiene practices that students can follow:
- Hand washing: Wash hands with soap and water after using the toilet and before eating. Hand washing is one of the most important ways to avoid getting sick and spreading germs.
- Oral hygiene: Brush teeth at least twice a day to prevent gum disease and bad breath.
- Bathing: Shower or bathe at least once a day to remove dirt, sweat, and bacteria.
- Clean clothes: Change into clean clothes.
- Nail trimming: Trim fingernails regularly and wash them during a shower.
- Sneezing hygiene: Learn how to sneeze in a way that prevents the spread of germs.
Students should maintain good hygiene habits at all times, whether they are at home or at school.
