Greetings LWSH Families, Caregivers, and Scholars,
I would first like to start off by saying thank you to all of the families who attended our Parent-Teacher conferences this week! You play a critical role in your child's success and the support you give to the school and the staff cannot be understated.
To recognize all of our scholars' achievements, we will be hosting our Quarter 1 Awards Ceremony on Friday, November 1st from 12:45pm - 1:45pm on the Main Campus located at 3202 West 30th Street. With 258 certificates, this will be a whole-campus day to celebrate our school community, so the MetroHealth Campus will be closed. Families are welcome to join the festivities!
I also wanted to take time to remind our families to take advantage of our LW Produce Market. You are welcome to get a variety of fruits and vegetables to take for yourself and / or neighbors. Our next Produce Market will be held on Wednesday, November 20th from 12pm - 4pm in the parking lot nearest Clark Ave. These events are held every third Wednesday of the month.
Last, but certainly not least, we will be having our LiveSchool monthly incentive on Friday, November 22nd. This will be our second whole-campus day of the month. The top 25 LiveSchool point earners in each grade level will be invited for modeling R.O.A.R. (Respect, Open-Mindedness, Achievement, and Responsibility). This month's treat is Dunkin Donuts!
