Singing can be a great way to improve your health. Did you know that singing in a choir positively impacts your heart rate variability, and that HRV is an indicator of aerobic fitness? Singing in choir also positively impacts the immune system. Choir is a great way to learn, make friends, and grow in physical health! And, just like all music classes, singing in choir is correlated with higher math scores! Bonus! :)

π° News updates for Middle School
The Students Advisory Board (SAB) students have had a successful 2024, learning new communication skills with professional meetings, expanding knowledge with business leadership and onto 2025, illuminating NLABCβs wonderful school culture by becoming videographers to produce a recording for the ASD School Board and across ASD SAB students.
Our 7th and 8th grade students have scored high in both State testing areas regarding Math and Language Arts. As well as maintaining the reputation for academic performance, they are well-behaved studious students allowing teachers to teach the curriculum. They ended their year with celebration and with good cheer!!
As we approach 2025, middle school teachers strive to maintain enhancing academic performance while focusing on NLABCβs creed.
Happy New Year from NLABC Middle School!!
