Teachers dedicate their time to help our students learn and grow. From lesson planning, taking grades, and making connections with their students... Teachers do it all! Take some time this week to thank your teachers!

Be sure to stop by the Nurse's Office to thank Nurse Cortinas and Ms. Stokes! They take care of our Seahawks from head to toe! Thank you both for all that you do!

Take one hour of your day to connect with yourself, a friend, a family member, or someone in your community. Spend the hour checking in on them and allowing them to check in on you! Check out the list for some self-care activities you can do by yourself or with someone!

NEISD will be offering our Beyond the Bell Counseling program. This free counseling service will be provided by Certified School Counselors at campuses throughout the district.

The counselor will work with the student and family to identify and enhance strengths and skills they already have and to set goals for removing barriers that may be interfering with a student’s educational, career, personal or social development. Each student will meet with a counselor for 6-8 sessions (in-person or virtually) during summer months.

There are limited spots available, but we hope to offer the program to as many families as possible. Once the interest form is submitted, families will be contacted by a Beyond the Bell Counselor to move forward with next steps.
