From the Principal's Desk
Dear Father Doyle Families,
Our last full week of school has come to a close and, with just two and a half-days remaining in the school year, we are eagerly anticipating our Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 8th Grade Graduation celebrations next week! A reminder that there is no after school care next week. In addition, our last day of school, Wednesday, June 16th, is a half day with dismissal at 11:30am. Busses will run beginning at 11:30am.
In speaking with many of you over the past week, one thing has been evident - this year, albeit not without its blessings, has been a long and challenging one. Nonetheless, together we have navigated educating children in the midst of a global pandemic. I cannot thank each of our families enough for their dedication, conscientiousness, and support over these past nine months. It has undoubtedly been a journey, but one that I am grateful to have travelled with all of you!

New Altar Server Training at Ss. John and Paul Parish Saturday, July 10th
Fr. Woolley will soon be bringing back Altar Servers for the Sunday Masses and is looking for new Altar Servers to serve at Ss. John and Paul! There will be a new server preparation class on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 1pm to 3pm in the Church. Those who are altar servers at Ss. John and Paul or at other Catholic Parishes are eligible to serve School Masses next year; in addition, students may be able to receive service hours for serving Mass. Those students eligible to become a new server must have already made their First Holy Communion, be entering at least the fourth grade this coming school year, and be a parishioner of Ss. John and Paul.
If you would like to become an altar server, please fill out the form attached below. Also, on a separate piece of paper, please write a letter to Fr. Woolley explaining why you would like to become an altar server, and bring both the form and the letter to the class, or return it to the school or rectory or place in the collection basket at Mass on Sunday. If you have any questions, you can call Fr. Woolley at 821-5764.
Last Day of After Care / Last Day of School
Please note the last day for After School Care will be Friday, June 11th. There will be no after school care on Monday, June 14th - Wednesday, June 16th. In addition, please note that the last day of school, Wednesday, June 16th, will be a half day, with dismissal at 11:30am.

Reduce Waste and Help our School!
Do you have used ink cartridges at home? Father Doyle School is partnering with Planet Green Recycling to recycle use ink cartridges. The best part? It's entirely hassle free - all you have to do is drop your ink used ink cartridges off in the main office. We'll package and ship them to Planet Green, who ensures cartridges are properly recycled. The Process:

Bottle Cap Drive
We’re excited to share that our school is part of the Coca-Cola Give program. This provides new funding opportunities to help improve learning environments for students. The best part? Donations don’t come out of your own pocket. When you make Coca-Cola purchases, you simply send in bottle caps or product codes from boxes of beverages and our school receives a donation.
All caps and codes should be sent to Mr. Godin. Codes will be entered on one account to gain larger and quicker donations.
