Conference Scheduling - Pick-A-Time
We will once again be using the online conference scheduler called Pick-A-Time. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be on Tuesday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each evening.
This is a first-come first-serve scheduling software. The online scheduler will open at 6:00pm Sunday, January 26, 2025 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 9th, 2025. As a result, the sooner you register the more likely you are to get your preferred time. In addition, if you have more than one student, it will not allow you to schedule them back-to-back. The one exception is if you have children who have the same teacher. It will require a fifteen-minute time slot between the two conferences. This allows time to get to the next conference. Once you begin the process, if you have questions please feel free to contact the office (402-289-0735) or your child’s teacher.
