The Twin Valley School Board was informed of the resignation of Principal Anna Roth at their meeting Wednesday night. They expressed their gratitude for her time and dedication over the past 11 years that she has served Twin Valley students and families. Next week an opening for an interim principal will be publicly posted. The board feels that creating an interim position for now will allow the business of the school to continue. It will also give the school board more time to conduct a complete search process with larger community involvement.

We are thrilled to share the news from the Office of the Governor that Vermont has been approved for 2024 implementation of Summer EBT! This is a huge win for our state, and will make a meaningful difference in the lives of many families!

We encourage you to check out the state's fantastic Summer EBT webpage to learn more about the details of the program and track the information you'll need to get the word out to families. There's even an FAQ page! I want to highlight just one key bit of information from the website for your awareness:

• "Many families will automatically get Summer EBT benefits if they already get other benefits. But some might need to apply. If your family already gets benefits like 3SquaresVT, you'll be enrolled in the Summer EBT program."
• "If your family isn't automatically in but might be eligible, you can apply easily online when applications open in August."

Come see live music on Hayford Field on Saturday, May 25, 2024. 3 - 5PM.

The show is free, however, it serves to raise money for safety equipment for WINGS community programs.

The show is happening rain or shine. Family-friendly, local rock band Godzilla with A Gun, possible appearance of local acapella group, Shoulder Narrows.

Kindergarten, First, Second and Fourth Grade Families,

This is to let you know that students in these grades will be invited to the stage at Arts Night on May 29th during the Performing Arts portion of the evening starting at 5:30.

Grades K-2 will be leading us with various songs in a Beatles Sing-a-long

Grade 4 will also be invited to perform their song

We would love to see you there and have as many voices as we can!
