Skip Bins
A large skip bin should be delivered to each end of the school today for the end of year clean up.
Purchasing Card
Please make sure you do not make any purchases on your Purchasing Card after 26 November 2019 because the expenditure may come from 2020 funds. If there is no alternative than to use a Purchasing Card, please see me as we can use my card. I come in during the January break to do as much as I can of the December financial processing and I cannot do it if I need other purchasers to authorise payments. You can use your cards again after 1st January 2020 for purchasing school resources. If you do not need to use your Purchasing Cards until the school begins again next year, you can hand them in for safekeeping in the school safe.
Cost Centre Files and Class Money Books
Please return your Cost Centre files to me as soon as possible so that they can be prepared for 2020. Primary teachers –please return your class money books to me. They are a monetary form so must be signed back in & retained for audit purposes.
