To help students make the best decisions about next year's courses, this week will be an Electives Fair. On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday we will have a special bell schedule (see below). Seniors will start the day in the auditorium, while underclassmen (9th-11th) will go directly to their advisory. During the morning advisory, students will select up to two different sessions where they can learn about an elective. On Thursday, we will be using a Friday bell schedule (with advisory after the 1st block of the day). Club pictures will be taken Thursday in the auditorium.

The PFHS PTSO is running a See’s fundraising campaign for the remainder of the school year. All funds raised will be used towards scholarships for seniors and coffee carts, luncheons, and Teacher Appreciation Week activities for staff. Any support is greatly appreciated. The PFHS PTSO and C2 Education are excited to offer your student the opportunity to take the digital SAT, PSAT, and the paper SAT and ACT practice tests. The paper tests will be taken at the C2 Education Center located at 12344 Town Center Plaza. The virtual tests will be administered on C2 Education's digital platform Brightspace which students can access from their homes.

If interested, please register by Wednesday, February 19th. The Practice Test Event will take place February 21st through February 23rd. It costs $25.00. The QR Code to register is below. Please email back with questions.

Congratulations to our PFHS orchestra students Florence, Addie, Micaela & Ian and our RBM orchestra student (Angel) on a fabulous 2025 LCPS All-County Orchestra event that took place on Friday, January 24th at Woodgrove High School.

Special shout-out to Micaela (Senior - Violin) for earning, via another audition that day, the Concertmaster (1st) chair violinist for the high school orchestra!! We are super proud of our PFHS & RBM orchestra students!!

If you need to take the test, it can only be completed in the school building. So, work on it whenever you can, especially during your study halls, and SHOW WHAT YOU KNOW!

If you aren't sure about it, ask your English teacher. They know who has to take the test.
