Happy Friday! The big day is around the cornerl! We will start school on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 7:45 when learning come alive! Please check your child's Google Classroom Dashboard and ensure that you and your child(ren) have accepted the invitation to join the class(es) in which you they are enrolled. We can't wait to work with your RVA Owls this year:). Hoot Hoot!!

• Office Hours: RVA Office Hours are temporarily cancelled until further notice due to staffing shortages. For assistance with retrieving chromebooks, hotspots, or school supplies, please contact Principal Dr. Cyndi Robinson to schedule an appointment to pick up your materials for the year.
• August 19th- First Day of School for All RVA K-12th Grade Owls
• August 22nd-First Day of Classes for All RVA High Schoolers Taking Select Virtual Virginia Courses
• September 18th-Back to School Night Virtual Meet & Greet with your RVA Teachers (Zoom link will be shared via Remind in the next two weeks).

You should have received a Welcome Email or Phone Call from your child's teacher(s) earlier today. We held our first Parent Teacher Organization (the RVA Parent Parliament) meeting of the year on Thursday and kicked it off with our annual Family Orientation. Missed the meeting? No worries!
