Dear Sunrise Families - I hope this message finds you well! Please enjoy the updates and photos below. I want to send out an appreciation to you all and our children for their respect of differing opinions through this election season. It is not easy! The 4th Grade did it! Ten families signed the pledge to wait to get their child a Smart Phone until 8th grade, making this grade level officially part of this amazing movement. We made our goal of collecting over 1000 socks and this was the response we got from Feed and Clothe my People! "Are you kidding!? That's awesome! That is impressive, and I know the families in the community will be so appreciative!"

Sunrise 3rd - 5th grade students have been invited to participate in the SB Holiday Parade with Mrs. Pfister. It is Saturday, Nov. 16th at 10:00 am. Details are in the flyer sent home and also attached here: Sunrise Parade Letter

Last week, your child should have brought home practice lists for the Spelling Bee. This is optional and a great opportunity to take on a new challenge! Stay tuned for more info!

Sturgeon Bay School District is looking for substitute teachers and substitute associates.

Are you a parent who wants to work while your child is at school? Are you a community member who would like to see students experience those incredible “light bulb moments” that make everyone smile?

There is no degree required to sub as an associate. If you have a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree, you can work as a sub-teacher in the Sturgeon Bay School District. Sub-teachers earn $125/day.
