The silent auction is now live and will run through Saturday, February 1st until 10:00pm. We have lots of fun and exciting items that you can bid on, even if you are not able to attend the event. All proceeds raised from the auction will benefit the school playground renovations. Basketball Concessions - Parent Volunteers Needed!
We are in need of more volunteers for our last two girls home games on January 30th and February 3rd!
- 5th Grade Parents - You can watch your daughter play basketball while selling snacks!
- 4th Grade Parents - If you are available, you may volunteer too. This allows you to catch a glimpse into 5th Grade Basketball before next year!
If we don’t get volunteers to assist with concessions, we will have to close them for those games. Concessions sales go toward PTO initiatives.

Rose Buck Redemption Day - Volunteers Needed!
Parent volunteers are needed in the afternoon on Tuesday, February 11th for Rose Buck Redemption Day. Volunteers will help students redeem their Rose Bucks for prizes.

Packs of Plenty (P.O.P)
Join us at Sunny Hill Elementary from 9:00 am - 10:00 am to help pack food for more than 500 district students as part of Barrington Children's Charities Packs of Plenty (P.O.P.) program.

Cocoa Drive
Thank you to all who donated packets of hot chocolate for our Packs of Plenty Cocoa Drive! We had an incredible response and delivered over 1100 packets of cocoa to Barrington Children's Charities this week. Thank you to Jamie Engelhardt for coordinating!
Hospitality
Thank you to the Hospitality Committee, Amy Fields, Lindsey Arceo, and Jamie Engelhardt, for extending our appreciation to staff with a winter appreciation station! The station was stocked with care supplies like tissues, sanitizers and other goodies to help everyone stay healthy and ready to teach.
Spanish Dual Language Council Open House
Hola! The Spanish Dual Language Council hopes your new year is off to a great start. They are excited to host their second annual dual language open house on Thursday, January 30th from 6:00 to 7:30pm at Lines Elementary School. They will have hot cocoa as well as a Valentine's Day card making station for seniors in the community. All are welcome to attend! They would also like to extend a warm welcome to any families with incoming kindergarten students who may be interested in learning more about the Spanish Dual Language program.

Chinese Immersion Program
Calling all D220 incoming Kindergarten and First Grade families! Please join on Thursday, February 6th at 6:00pm - 7:00pm at Countryside Elementary to learn more about the Chinese Immersion program.
