Jaguar Tracks
March 28th
Dear Jaguars,
We had a nice and productive week at JE! It is the season of enjoying every last minute of this school year, gearing up for MCAS and preparing for next year. Our teachers begin the class placement process in the next couple of weeks for next academic year. As always, we value our family input on friendships in order to inform classes. Please complete this SURVEY by Friday, April 4th to be a part of our placement process. Please note that we do our very best to include everyone's input in our decision making, however as many factors inform placement, we are not always able to honor all input. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Our PTO is a dynamic group and so supportive of our school. They are looking for people to fill open positions next year. If you are interested in being involved in that way or are curious to learn more, please reach out to our current members!
Because we have had quite a few weather flag days in the last month, we wanted to give some reminders for our arrival procedures:
- All students should walk to the back of the building upon arrival and plan to line up with their class for the bell at 8:15. Any students who are biking should get off their bike once at the Oak Street parking lot and walk their bike back to the bike rack. Students should not ride their bikes in the parking lot, as cars may be entering and exiting during that time.
- Only students who attend Extended Day, have a Morning Safety position, or are having breakfast should enter the Oak Street Door. Students will be admitted for breakfast at 8:10.
- As a reminder, there are no dogs allowed on the playground during drop off, recess and pick up.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Caitlin

Congratulations to Jaguar favorite, Mustache Baby! We’re wrapping up our reading fun with Reading Bingo. The class with the highest participation will earn an extra library class. Bingo sheets are being collected through Friday, April 18. Parents, please sign the bingo sheets before returning to the library. Have fun finding new ways to enjoy reading!
