8th Grade Hersheypark Class Trip

Permission Slips & Payment #1 Due FRIDAY!

Students in Grade 8 who plan to participate in the class celebration field trip to Hersheypark on Tuesday, May 28 should submit the permission form by this FRIDAY, MARCH 22.


As per the bus company’s agreement, we need all confirmed students to submit the permission slip with emergency contact information.


In addition, students need to submit payment #1 ($70) OR full payment ($140) by this FRIDAY, MARCH 22, 2024, to secure their spot on the field trip.

Payment secures Hershey Park access, one meal voucher, transportation via chartered bus to/from Upper Moreland Middle School, and bus driver gratuity.

Please know there will be a grade-level class meeting with students who submitted their permission form and payment to review expectations, school code of conduct, and logistics in mid-April. In addition, you can expect a second communication in April outlining the itinerary of the day.
