PLEASE HELP OUR DROP OFF/PICK UP AFTER SCHOOL PROCESS
Our main goal after school is to keep students safe!
I love that our middle school and junior high students come and pick up their younger siblings, however, for safety reason it is problematic to have them enter the building during school hours or right as the bell rings at the end of the day. If you have chosen an older sibling to pick up a Park student, please have them choose a designated area OUTSIDE of the building to meet. Our focus is on having Park students exit our building at he end of the day safely without additional students entering our building.
Will you please follow the recommended rules below to help us with this?
1. The preferred location to pick up students is the BACK of the school, located on 700 E. Please use the pull through lane to do that.
2. Students should never get into a vehicle that is stopped in the middle of the road. PLEASE use the pull through lane or a parking stall.
3. Students should never run across the road, they need to use the crosswalk every time.
We understand that there are quite a few cars picking up students after school and we are trying to get cars in and out as quickly as possible. The pull through lane really does die down after 3:05pm.
Another option is to have your student use one of the designated crosswalk to meet you on a different road; on the north side of 700 E or 600 E, etc.
Thank you for helping us keep our students safe-

We NEED Your Help!
To apply for free or reduced-price meals for the 2024-2025 school year you will need to submit a Meal Benefits Application. Qualification is based on factors including household size, income,
participation in assistance programs such as SNAP, FDPIR, and TANF, as well as living situations such as homelessness and migrancy.
You may access an application online by going to your Infinite Campus Menu, then scrolling down to More and clicking on Meal Benefits. As a reminder, households must apply every year to confirm eligibility for free or reduced-price meals.
Reminder to pay donations for the coming year!
To donate, log on to your Infinite Campus portal and click on "Fees". From there you can chose the amount you would like or able to donate. You can also come in to the office to pay the donation during office hours. Note: There is a small processing free for an in-person transaction.
Click here to log in to your Infinite Campus account and donate today!
WHAT IS THE DONATION MONEY USED FOR?
A large portion of the funds are divided up and given directly to each grade level teacher. The teacher uses his or her donation account to pay for things like supplies and materials for lessons, resources for class parties and activities, field trips and other needed items.
A small portion of the funds are used to fund the following school-wide events:
*Toy Tower in the front office (students earn tokens to use in the toy tower)
*Birthday gift for every student
*Assemblies
*Field trips
*Field Day
*Rewards for citizenship
*Sports and PE Equipment
