PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Hello Panthers,
This week, I want to challenge each of you to make a positive impact by spreading kindness and understanding to those around you. We all have unique experiences, struggles, and strengths, and a simple act of kindness can make a world of difference in someone’s day. Whether it’s a kind word, a thoughtful gesture, or helping someone out, these small actions help build a supportive and compassionate school community.
So, here’s the challenge: take a moment to do something kind for someone this week. It could be as simple as a smile, a thank-you, or offering to help a friend. You never know the impact your kindness could have.
Let’s work together to make our school a place where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported. Remember, kindness is contagious – let’s keep it going!
Go Panthers!

Fantastic Fridays
We want to remind everyone about the importance of making the most of our Fantastic Friday rotations. These are 3 dedicated 45-minute opportunities each Friday for students to meet with teachers for tutorials, make up missed assignments, and finish any outstanding homework. This time is invaluable for staying on top of academic responsibilities.
We encourage all students to take full advantage of this time to ensure academic success. If you have any questions or need guidance on how your student can make the most of these sessions, please reach out to your child's teachers.
Decorations Needed
We are having a fall semi-formal dance on November 9th. We are in need of some decorations to make the event nice for students. If you have any of the following items/decorations that you would be willing to lend or donate to the event, please let me know at bgibson@normangeeisd.org.
- Fall themed garland
- String lights
- Lanterns/Candles
- Pumpkins (real or fake)
- Hay
- Baskets
Yearly Meal Applications
Please read the flyers below from Mrs. Shaffer. There are more benefits than just free/reduced lunch prices.
Counseling Referral Form
This is a referral form that will allow students, parents, teachers, etc, to have the ability to refer a student that needs to possibly talk to Mrs. Martin.
