Become a Staff Partner

We hope your school year is off to a fantastic start!

The Decatur Education Foundation's Staff Partner signup period is officially underway now through Aug. 31, and we would love your support during this year's employee contribution campaign!

Staff Partner is a program that allows Decatur ISD teachers and staff who are passionate about district initiatives to support educational efforts with their giving. Participants receive special DISD swag to show off their school pride in exchange for a contribution to the DEF. The money raised is used to support teachers and staff in the district through grants for innovative teaching ideas and other initiatives.

Multiple contribution options are available. Monthly contributions will be automatically deducted from the staff member's DISD paycheck.

Please complete our online form if you would like to join the program, increase your monthly donation, or modify your current donation level.

$5 Monthly Contribution:

• Clear stadium bag (new item for 2024!)
• Staff Partner door sign for your classroom or office
• Sonic drink delivery in May
• Butter Bean Co. cookie delivery in December

$10 Monthly Contribution:

• The above items, plus
• Stadium seat cushion (new item for 2024!)

$15 Monthly Contribution:

• The above items, plus
• 3-in-1 kookie insulator (new item for 2024!)

$20 Monthly Contribution:

• The above items, plus
• Hotel-style umbrella (new item for 2024!)
• 2024-25 DEF branded T-shirt, pictured below (new item for 2024!)

Special Drawing for What-A-Swag Basket:

• Enroll as a new Staff Partner or increase your monthly giving by $1 or more, and we'll enter you into a drawing for free Whataburger for a year!

$20 One-Time Contribution for T-Shirt Only:

• DEF branded T-Shirt available in sizes S-4XL
• Must order by Sept. 15, 2024
• Not required to be a Staff Partner to purchase
• The shirt is also included in the $20 monthly contribution level
