Principal's Message
Karrer Parents-
We continue to enjoy the weather by making the most of our outdoor times on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Link, enhancing our school goals of student belonging.
We also have a new look on the front doors of our building, celebrating our status as a Purple Star school as well as showing off our Golden Shamrock Spirit! Thank you again to our PTO for our beautification of our building with the planters.
Speaking of outdoor activities, Save the Date! Our full school tailgate is coming on Wednesday, September 25 from 3:30-5:00. All students are then encouraged to attend the KMS Football game vs. Davis MS. More details coming next week!
Our sixth graders head to outdoor education next week (either 9/17 or 9/18 depending on their team) and our Fall athletes have a number of events to support. Remember: students get into KMS home events for free!
Thank you for your collaboration-
Brooke

On October 14, Dr. Jess Shatkin, a leading expert in child and adolescent mental health, will offer insights to help DCS parents and staff support and protect our children. Local officials and organizations will also be on hand to share information about available resources and services. Space is limited, so reserve your seat here.
