Chapel Offerings & Prayer Requests:
In the second quarter we will be sponsoring "Bricks of Hope."
Bricks of Hope was launched in December of 2021, but their story started over 20 years ago when Adam (Executive Director / Founder of Bricks of Hope) was diagnosed with Leukemia on his 11th birthday.
This mission was born through that personal journey where play was a critical component in the recovery for a sick kid. And it's here today to share that feeling with so many other kids today as they recover . . . creating play, sparking connections, and building hope by delivering LEGO® to them during their hospital stays.

If you would like to donate to this cause, please place your donation envelope in the box located outside of the school office on Wednesday (or your child's scheduled day).
Also, if you have a prayer request, please write it on the paper located next to the prayer box and place it in the box. Your prayer request will be read during our weekly chapel service.

All children aged three (must be potty trained) thru those entering 5th grade are invited to join the adventure! There are also plenty of volunteer operations for older youth members of the congregation.

Lutheran Schools Week Flashback
We had a great week celebrating National Lutheran Schools Week. This year's theme was "Endure" inspired by John 12:1-3. The children celebrated this week by engaging in several “Endurance” activities. To spread Jesus’s love, the children brought in Lego sets for Bricks of Hope. The Lego sets will be given to local hospitals. Other activities included going on a scavenger hunt to find the path of Jesus, participating in a karate class, creating cross crafts, and playing an "I Spy Jesus" relay race. The children also participated in Dan McConchie's Valentines for senior’s card drive. They used their creativity to make a variety of cards for local seniors.
