Great Week for Maximizing Instruction

This week and next there are few extra curricular activities which means there will be little disruption to classroom time. This is exiting and means lots of work & possibility at the same time.

When students are with us during instructional time, & lessons are intentional, learning can take off with leaps and bounds. Spend time this week thinking how do you best maximize instruction?

Do you plan with intention & purpose?
Are you structuring transitions using WICOR and timed activities for students to read, write discuss and apply learning?
What strategies do you use to keep students working bell to bell?
What instructional activities can you apply to making learning enjoyable and fun for teens?

Agenda for Teacher PLT/PLCs This week:

Schedule your 2nd Observations if you are a Level I or II Teacher
.Book Study for the PLTs that got their books. (10 Min read following by 15 min discuss)
