For the month of February, the K-5 students continued to be very active. The K-2 students played several games such as Snowman race game, Jump Rope Battle game, and Heart tag games. The students worked on saying kind words to each other, use throwing, rolling and jump rope skills, The 3-5 students finished their hockey unit, and played the Hula Hoop Throw down game and Pirates of the Caribbean game. The students worked on teamwork, strategies, cooperating and throwing at a target, building a hoop hut, and grabbing the treasures.
In addition, we started to have Grade 4-5 P.E. Helpers. Several students have helped set up the gym in the morning, as well as assisted in the grade 1 P.E. Classes.
