Grant Line Buzz

Our district administration sent out information via email and phone call about Spring Break in February. We go to school in person March 17, 18, and 19. Your student's chrome book will be sent home on March 19 so that on March 20 and 21 they will complete work Asynchronously at home. Teachers will post assignments via google classroom by 9 am. If you or your student has any questions, feel free to contact the teacher via email from 9 am - 2 pm.

This is our last newsletter before Spring Break! I will send the next newsletter out on 3 - 30 - 25. Have a great break!

March 17, 18, 19 - We attend school as usual.

March 19 - Student vs Staff Basketball game (GLE basketball players, please wear your jerseys to school - Mr. Koetter will coach you vs. staff at 1 pm!)

March 20/21 - Asynchronous Learning Days (teachers will post assignments by 9 am and be available via email from 9 - 2 for questions) - this was sent out by the district (via email and phone call) in February.

March 22 - March 30 - Spring Break - NO SCHOOL

April 14 - May 2 - ILEARN Testing - 3rd and 4th graders - 8:30 am - 10 am

May 27 - FIELD DAY

May 29 - 4th Grade Celebration

Classroom Guidance:

This last week, we finished our topic on choices and consequences. Next month, we will discuss careers and college readiness skills. More to come on this topic in April.

Blessings in a Backpack:

Thanks to all of the parent volunteers who helped pack blessings this week. I couldn't do it without you. If you or someone you know would like to join our packing team, let me know.

Food Boxes: Food box pick up for those scheduled to receive a box is Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 8 am to 3 pm in the school office.
