The season is changing and Autumn is in full effect here at JMC! We are looking forward to Trunk or Treat and Stem Fest; it provides a great way for our community to come together and celebrate our talents and accomplishments. Please take a few moments to review the events and happenings here at JMC in November.

Its Time for STEM FEST!!

STEM FEST is this Thursday! On November 3rd from 5:00 - 7:30 pm, come and enjoy a wonderful family event put on by PTSA and members of the John McCandless Community in order to raise funds for field trips and school projects!

Students are encouraged to wear their costumes and come to enjoy the following events:

A Costume Contest

Raffle of Amazing Themed Baskets

Game booths put on by each class

Interactive STEM Experiences

The Haunted Laboratory

Sparkles the Clown

JMC Had a Wonderful Owl-o-ween!

This year, with the help of parents, teachers and office staff, we created a new tradition - Trunk or Treat! All the students and staff had a wonderful time. Please check out the pictures to get a glimpse of this fun celebration!

5th Grade Solar System Board Presentation!

5th Grade students recently presented at our latest JMC Board Meeting! They did a fabulous job describing how they created models of the solar system using math and spatial representation!
