Summer Reading 2024 - 2025
English Summer Reading 2024 - 2025: Summer Reading Requirements Grade 9 - 11 students are asked to read the book set for their incoming grade. These books have been chosen because they are thematically related to the class novel the students will be studying in Term 1 and are high interest texts on contemporary issues that will appeal to readers of differing abilities. During the first few days of classes, the students will be tested to determine if they have completed their summer reading. The books are available for purchase from most major book sellers in both physical and electronic form.

As part of our commitment to learn more about Indigenous history and culture, this is a great opportunity to experience a festive event that is open to all! The Grand Entry (dancing and singing) begins at 1:00 PM. on Saturday and 12 PM on Sunday, however, you can expect a long line of cars at the gate if you wait to come later in the day.
