Hello All Souls Catholic School Community,

Below is a School Fundraising Calendar that we are keeping for the 2024-2025 School Year. If you have an idea for a fundraiser please transmit your ideas to one of the following persons that have been designated contact persons with the office in regards to fundraising.

• Preschool students will always be brought up to the 479 Miller Avenue Lobby for 12:00 PM dismissals on regular school dismissal days (2:00 PM or 3:00 PM)
• When preschool students dismissal time matches the dismissal time of the school, preschool parents and guardians need to go through the yard to pick up their child / children from the preschool.
• Whenever Preschool students are picked up outside of the normal dismissal times for the preschool (12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM), parents and guardians must pick up those preschool students at the 479 Miller Avenue lobby.

• A friendly reminder that the schoolspeak contract requires both participating and non participating families to complete 4 hours of service to the Parish Fall Festival.
• Please use the Track It Forward App to sign up for these events now.

All parents and guardians that intend to be on campus (Yard Helper, Art-in-Action, etc.) in the presence of children and function as a chaperone on field trips, or functioin as a coach, commissioner, score keeper, etc. in the Athletics program must meet the following requirements.

• Complete the online course "Protecting God's Children 4.0"
• Complete and pass a live scan form (fingerprints)

1. First, create an an account using the "First-Time Registrant" button on the VIRTUS website.
2. Complete the training module (currently Protecting God's Children 4.0). This needs to be renewed every 3 years in order to maintain compliance.
3. Obtain a Live Scan Form either from schoolspeak or from the office.
4. Go to a Live Scan vendor to be fingerprinted.
5. Once the fingerprint from the state DOJ and the FBI have been entered into VIRTUS and the training module is complete, you are now eligible to minister with minors.

Please Note - Be patient. The return time for fingerprint results varies widely.
