Full-day Program Description
This program is for teachers interested in mentoring, administrators, mentor coordinators, or any new or experienced mentor interested in understanding the power of learning-focused relationships and its impact on school culture. This session is a deep dive into best practices of mentoring using resources from Mentoring Matters. Participants will learn from other districts as well as participate in a hybrid program with Laura Lipton. Lunch and a copy of the book Mentoring Matters will be provided.
Cost: Free to members of the Greater Rochester Teacher Center Network.
