As the weather gets warmer and students with bike permits start to ride bikes to and from school please remember that student are required by law to wear helmets. Please remind students that this needs to happen to and from school.

Please mark your calendars for Spring Break. Spring Break will run for two weeks from April 1st-16th. We will return on Monday, April 17th.

Please remember to take a look at our lost and found that will be out front this week. The items will be donated during Spring Break.

Just a reminder that students are not allowed to ride electric scooter or bikes to school. It is against our district policy.

Please remember to provide a snack with your student for our snack break during each day. Your students are also welcome to our free breakfast starting at 8:00 AM daily. We have many students coming into the office asking for us to provide them with snacks and that is just not something we are able to do.

The Santee Collaborative is shedding a light on what makes Santee so wonderful by sharing stories of kindness from our schools, community members, businesses, and organizations. Join the effort by sharing a story of kindness, requesting a kindness sign for your yard, or sharing the graphics on social media. Learn more at santeesd.net/kindness.

• If your student will be absent please make sure you are calling our attendance line to let the front office know.
• If your student is showing COVID symptoms (sore throat, fever, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, congestion or cough), be sure to take two tests (12-hours apart) prior to returning to class. If you are in need of COVID tests, the school has tests we can provide you.
• You may also want to email the teacher and let them know as well.
