Originality. Technical Skill. Personal Voice
The Scholastic Writing Awards is the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition program. The Awards feature a distinguished list of alumni including Stephen King, Sylvia Plath, and Joyce Carol Oates. In the 2019 program year, nearly 340,000 works were submitted, with over 2,700 students receiving national recognition, including many from our region.
- The deadline is Friday, January 3 -- so help students submit before they leave for holiday break.
