News for October 24, 2024
We were lucky to host the Roseville Area High School wrestling team visiting our students and classrooms. The "wrestlers are readers" group read to our students and listened to our students read. It was fun and a great experience for all!
Thank you to everyone who attended conferences. Please know we always want to partner with you for the success of all of our students and welcome communication.

A Message From Nurse Buck
Parents often ask βis my child well enough to go to school?β
These are some guidelines to help answer that question:
- Students who have a temperature of 100 degrees or greater need to stay home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.
- Students who have vomiting and/or diarrhea need to be symptom free for 24 hours before they return to school.
- Students who have a rash that may be infectious or a rash of βunknown originβ will need to see their doctor for a diagnosis and treatment before returning to school. We will need a letter from a medical provider stating the student is not contagious & can attend school for the student to return to school.
- Students who have a positive strep culture may return to school 12 hours after the first dose of the antibiotic, if they are feeling well enough to participate in school.
We also ask that you report to the health office any confirmed cases of infectious diseases such as strep throat, chicken pox, pertussis, influenza, pink eye, etc.
Please remember to report all school absences to the school attendance team either via email, CP-Attendance@isd623.org or via phone, 651-259-1267. Messages can be left anytime, night or day.
