Message from the Principal
Good Afternoon Families,
Here we are~November! For those who celebrate, Happy Diwali! The school was abuzz this week with both Halloween and Diwali celebrations. It was fun to hear all the different ways students celebrate both these holidays.
Thank you for remembering to turn right out of our parking lot on Thompson. This greatly helps speed up our arrival and dismissal procedures and keeps things moving. Another reminder is that as you're pulling in to the Thompson parking lot, there are two lanes that merge into one. If you can please utilize both lanes, this will allow us to get more cars into the lot and off the street backing up traffic. I've attached a picture below to show the two lanes. Thank you thank you for remembering all our drop off and pick up procedures.
There is a lot going on this month, Veteran's Day, Parent/Teacher Conferences and Fall Break, seems we are out of school more than in. Make sure to check the school calendar, communications from teachers and the office regarding days off.
Have a wonderful weekend, and don't forget to set those clocks back and hour Saturday night!
With Gratitude~
Sherry Marsh
