Gators All In (GAIN) Launches Schoolwide
Gators All In (GAIN) is a schoolwide academic initiative that will give students the opportunity to practice skills and prepare for standardized tests. This initiative is in addition to the instruction students receive in their core classes and tested subject areas. We are committed to improving academic outcomes for students and believe that every Gator needs every teacher committed to be all in to help them succeed in passing or increasing their knowledge and skills in reading and math. GAiN includes one reading and vocabulary and one math activity a week. Students will be reading informational text and/or completing a math problem during their 5th period. Feel free to ask your student about GAin and what they read about this week.

INTERNATIONAL PINK SHIRT DAY
The Department of Safe Schools encourages everyone to “Lift Each Other Up” to practice kindness by wearing pink to symbolize that our District will not tolerate bullying on Wednesday, February 28th. Pink Shirt Day is an opportunity to not only wear pink, but to demonstrate kindness to students, staff, and the community-at-large. Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else.

Support Boy's Lacrosse 🥍
Spring sports are now in full swing, and every sport is responsible for generating funds to operate a successful season. Our Boys' Lacrosse team is also attempting to replace our aging and damaged helmets. Let's just say our current ones are well used. While new helmets are incredibly important to protect our boy's noggins, they come with a hefty price tag (about $325 each). To that end we are attempting to raise a total of $20,000 this season, and Snap Raise is our major fundraising campaign. Please click on the link to donate and thank you for supporting our efforts to

Food Finder
Hunger is a concern for many of our families in Palm Beach County. The United Way of Palm Beach County has developed a Food Finder map to assist families with finding food pantries and distribution locations. The Palm Beach County Food Finder Map now includes "Holiday Meal" events for food and toy giveaways in December. This list contains information provided by 211 and the Hunger Relief network. The website is updated regularly with new information.
The FindHelp.org website has various resources, including food, housing, and health-related locations.
