Report Cards for Trimester 1
Report cards for Trimester 1 will be issues on Friday, December 6th in the Aspen portal. As a reminder, we no longer print report cards to send home. You will need to log in to the Aspen Parent Portal to see it. If you do not have your log in, please submit a help desk ticket via Incident IQ so that the Tech Department can provide it to you. Hudson High School Football Game @ Gillette Stadium
Congratulations to the Hudson High Football Team that advanced to the state championship to be played at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough next Wednesday, December 4, at 8:00 PM against Fairhaven High School.
As a show of support for the team, we are asking all Forest Ave students and staff to wear red, white, or Hudson gear to school on Wednesday, 12/4. Go Hawks!

Ticket Sales
ALL TICKETS ARE DIGITAL.
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GILLETTE STADIUM TICKET OFFICE.
Your ticket grants you entry to the 5:30 PM game that day as well. No reentry to the stadium is permitted.
Tickets are $20. Children five and under are free. You can purchase a ticket here. Tickets are general admission. Hudson has been assigned sections 106-108 for our fans.
Mobile Ticketing via Ticketmaster (three steps)
1. Choose the Mobile Entry delivery option when you buy your ticket and enter the MIAA High School Super Bowls on your smartphone.
2. Download the FREE Gillette Stadium App. on your smartphone
3. In the Gillette Stadium App go to Orders -> My Tickets to view your ticket.
Or get in without the app:
1. Sign in to My Ticketmaster on your smartphone, select your order, and bookmark your ticket.
Important: you can view/bookmark your ticket before the event to save it on your phone so you're good to go at the venue, even without a signal!
Concessions
Gilette Stadium is a cashless arena. All food/beverages must be purchased with a credit car or mobile device. The stadium does have ATMs that can convert cash to a prepaid debit card. It is a Visa prepaid card that can be used outside of the stadium if you do not spend the balance at the event.
Clear Bag Policy
Gillette Stadium has a clear plastic bag policy for guests. Compliant bags are defined within the Prohibited Item list in the policy linked below. This policy is in effect for all Gillette Stadium ticketed events. Check out this link for details.

Cold Weather Reminder from Mrs. Vaillancourt
As the cold weather has arrived, please dress your child appropriately. Recess will continue to be outside unless the temperature is below 23 degrees Fahrenheit with the wind chill factor. If assistance is needed in purchasing winter, coats and boots please contact the health office.
Lost & Found
The Lost and Found at Forest Ave is already bursting with, hats, gloves, sweatshirts, water bottles, lunch boxes, coats, and more! Please check to see if any of your child's items have gone missing. This can be done by checking in with the main office anytime between 8 and 3 PM. If your child attends CHAPS, you can also check before or afterschool at pick up! Anything not claimed by December break will be donated to our Baystate Textiles bin. Thank you!

Holiday Coalition 2024 - Extended Until Thursday, December 5th
We still have a few items that we need your help fulfilling so we have extended the drop-off until Thursday, December 5th!
The Hudson Holiday Coalition was created in 1993 by area nonprofits and churches, the Coalition administrates giving for Hudson families in need during the holiday season. The Coalition annually assists approximately 300 children and 150 families in Hudson. The Forest Ave Home & School Association is sponsoring 1 of these families.
You can send in items with your child or drop off at the School office. Please label the item(s) with Gender and Age.
Please DO NOT wrap any of the gifts. You may include wrapping paper, bow and tape.

December Meeting - Thursday December 12th
Please join us on December 12th at 6:30pm in the library. We are offering this meeting as a hybrid option. If you wish to attend the virtual option please email dchampigny@hudson.k12.ma.us by 12/11. A link will go out 5 minutes before the meeting with the agenda for the evening.
Worcester Railers Hudson Night
The Worcester Railers annual Hudson Night is coming up on Saturday, December 14th at the DCU Center!
The Hudson Elementary and Middle School families that attend will get to be in the High Five Tunnel for the Railers game. In the High Five Tunnel, they get to fist bump and cheer on the Railers players before they take the ice for the game!
Save the Date: Freaky Friday- Pajama Day!
Our Freaky Friday for December is Pajama Day on December 20th! This will be a nice way to end school prior to December break! Students and Staff are welcome to come dressed in their coziest and warmest pajamas!
