Mental Health Awareness Tips
1. Take a break from social media.
2. Take a walk with a friend.
3. Talk about it.
4. Hydrate your body. Drink 2- 3 cups of water.
5. Remember that this one day will not determine the rest of your life.
ATTENTION SENIOR CLASS OF 2025!
1.) Start creating a list of colleges that you would like to attend. (about 6 schools)
2.) Start researching those colleges online to find out if they are a good fit for you.
3.) Plan a visit to those schools if possible.
Register for the SAT/ACT if needed.
There are a few dates left to take these exams and have scores ready in time to submit applications by the Early Action deadlines.
- August 24th (register by August 9th)
- October 5th (register by September 20th)
- July 13th (register by June 7th)
- September 14th (register by August 9th)
