Hi Upcoming Hebron High School Band Parents -

We are so excited to welcome you and your student to the Hebron High School Band. Part of the strength of our organization comes from the help we get from band parents like you. Volunteering for the Hebron Band is a great way to meet other parents and to feel involved in the amazing experience your student is about to have.

We are asking all Hebron Band parents to complete this survey that asks for your interest in various board, committee, and volunteer positions. Many of these positions do not require much time or experience. Would you please complete this interest survey as soon as possible?

HBBC Nomination Committee

On May 5th, Honor Winds and Symphonic will be performing at the Irving Arts Festival in Irving. We will be gone from 1st- 7th periods. After we perform we are going to go to Main Event in Grapevine with the Shadow Ridge Band. This will include food, a game card, laser tag and bowling

.The cost for Main Event is $25 and can be paid here: https://square.link/u/aDymBd26. Money needs to be paid by Friday, May 2nd.

In order to go students must:

• Have passed all classes for 39T (or pass everything on 4P1 or 4P2)
• Have NO outstanding fees

Rehearsals begin this week! They are all during the students' class time, but just in case, here is the link to their rehearsal times.

Please note that the scheduling is super tight - if someone misses their session, even if not in school that day, it cannot be made up as there is no time in the schedule to do so.

THE CONTEST WILL NOW BE HELD AT KILLIAN INSTEAD OF CREEK VALLEY!!!!

All Symphonic Band students will be playing solos and ensembles at the LISD Solo Contest at KILLIAN on May 3rd.

Attached, you will find the handout with your performance times. Please note that this is a tightly scheduled contest and that you need to be early to your performance time, warmed-up. At this point, we are unable to make any scheduling changes.

All audition music will be posted to canvas tonight! Happy Practicing!

8th graders- Hebron Auditions are May 7th afterschool at HHS.

7th graders- CVMS Auditions will be held after the Spring Concert.

May 14 - Spring Concert @ Hebron HS

May 15 - 7th Grade Final Exams Begin (25-26 Auditions). Required for all 6th and 7th graders. During Class Period

May 20 - Instrument Inventory - All school owned instruments MUST be returned to campus. 8th graders will not receive another one until HHS Mini Camp. 6th & 7th graders returning for the 25-26 school year will receive an instrument for the summer May 21.

May 27-29 - Mini Camp - all 8th Graders (rising 9th graders)

WE ARE COMPLETELY OUT! Things are selling out the day they come in!
