Student Fee Refund Process
As the Minister of Education has confirmed in-school classes will not resume for the 2019-2020 school year, Elk Island Public Schools has calculated the balance owed for fees paid to date.
The amount owed to you has been entered as a credit in your child's PowerSchool account. Credits have been applied to any outstanding amounts from 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and the current year. We ask that you log into the system to review your account, and then contact the school directly if there any questions about the total.
School fee credits can be:
- applied against the student's 2020-2021 school fees
- applied against a sibling's 2020-2021 school fees
- refunded upon request ($25.00 minimum, unless student is leaving the division).
If you will be requesting a refund, we ask that you complete the Student Fee Refund Request Form on PowerSchool, in the School Fees section, no later than June 12, 2020. If you have questions regarding the form, please contact us at general.sal@eips.ca

Salisbury Resource Return will be designated for June 25 and June 26, 2020 for Grade 10 and 11 students. Grade 12 students will return their resources on June 18 and June 19, 2020. Refunds will be reduced by fines for any damaged or unreturned items.
