Reminders & Updates
Meaningful May: Mental Health Moments
Connecting with and caring for yourself helps you restore and maintain your mental health. This can be difficult to do because you spend so much time taking care of others and may not feel like you have any energy left for it. It takes purposeful effort, but it can help you maintain or improve your daily mental well-being. Think of it as taking time to connect with yourself and care for yourself as you would others. If you do not know where to start, here are some quick self-care ideas to try. Give yourself permission to prioritize yourself, and work towards adding these moments regularly into your life.
