Parents, this month for our IXL challenge, we will be offering Bingo boards for each grade level. Students will use those boards to guide their work during period 5 each day. Please encourage your student to participate, not just for the prizes but for the sake of learning as well!

Basketball Scheduling Highlights

All SMMS practices should be held at the middle school.

• February 24: SMMS vs HMS (Boys JV- Game starts at 6:00 p.m.)
• February 24: SMMS vs MUMS (Boys V- game starts at 7:15)

• February 25: Golden Horseshoe Written Test (8th Grade only)
• February 26: LSIC Meeting at 2:45 p.m. (Agenda posted on our website)
• March 7: Hoops for Heart Kickoff During UA (periods 2-4)
• March 13: End of Third Nine Weeks

Congrats to our students who participated in the Robotics Competition last weekend!

Ms. Weigle's classes were working on their angle relationships. They used their feet to identify various angle relationships in parallel lines cut by a transversal.
